This putrid-looking Mickey Mantle forgery on a baseball is listed by Ebay seller Pioneerrufus.

Ebay seller Pioneerrufus shows the COA is from the old GAI (Mike Baker).   GAI, of course, went bankrupt in 2009 before they certed thousands of Mantle, DiMaggio, Williams, etc., forgeries.

Judging by the GAI sticker on the baseball, I am not convinced that this Mickey Mantle forgery listed by Ebay seller Pioneerrufus was certed by GAI.

The bottom line is, this is a Mickey Mantle forgery on a baseball.
