It's become common-place on Ebay for sellers of forgeries to use an old Scoreboard COA (or a modified/edited/reproduced Scoreboard COA) to list and sell forgeries.

As you can see, the below Mickey Mantle and Ted Williams autographs are as ugly as they get.
