The COA for this piece-of-crap Mickey Mantle forgery comes with a COA from Play Ball Authentics.

I have yet to see any autograph with a COA from Play Ball Authentics that is actually authentic.  A few years ago I noticed a ton of Derek Jeter forgeries with COAs from Play Ball Authentics.
