The seller says he has a COA  certificate? But can it be fake anyway?

Yes indeed. COA/LOA are useless, unless from a reputable source. Although regardless of this,  the autograph is a blatant fake I’m afraid.

This is a really bad fake. A COA is a worthless piece of paper. Please post a link to the seller as you can almost guarantee they are selling other fakes based on this
