Elvis Presley signed paper

This Elvis Presley signature looks good to me, he even does the "T" in the word "To" like a number "7" like he is known to do. The way the ink flows thoughout the signature looks fluid and natural. I paid a PSA/DNA quick opinion and they said "likely not genuine". Did they make a mistake? The paper has wrinkles and a stain making it more believeable and is also dedicated making it harder to forge. What do you guys think?

That appears an unusual "o" in "7o".

Would be interesting to see that stain up close.

Noticed this elvis on eBay not too long ago,
It's not authentic in my opinion..

the price was too good too be true also which is a red flag..

Thank you guys. Eric the "0" after the "7" is exactly what made me doubt it. Elvis usually connects to the "0" differently creating a convex and then connecting it back to the top in addition the size of the 0 is usually smaller.
