Emmitt Smith Steiner w only a coa no hologram?

Looking at buying an Emmitt Smith mini helmet, Steiner coa but doesn't have a matching hologram? Did Steiner ever issue products that are authentic with just the coa and no hologram attached? I am including a picture of the coa as well as the autograph, would appreciate your responses! Thanks, great forum you have here!!

Steiner did start putting out Smith mini helmets in the 1990’s.  They may not have had holograms on them back then, but I would double check with them first.

Don’t think I’ve ever seen a Steiner item without their sticker.

I've asked for every angle of the helmet and still no sticker... He says it was purchased directly from Steiner and never taken out of the box... Should I stay away??

If something smells fishy I stay away. This would be one of those times.
