I'd be extremely surprised if the autograph is genuine. Not loose enough and some odd letter formations. The photograph would be fabulous if it were a vintage original print but it looks like a relatively recent (1980s - 1990s?) glossy reprint with odd toning and blotches of some sort. I would steer well clear.
