FAKE AUTOGRAPHS COMPANY --- INFORMATION POST
Hello dear friends
I am Yaakov. I am Beatles collector. Few years ago i made a mistake and bought a fake autograph.
Today i want to show the company that sold me that fake autograph and trace it till 2014.
In 2014 there was a post on this forum about this company which was closed and soon this company re opened again but with new name.
So the first name of this company was Rockinmemories4u
or as it appeared on my sticker Rocking memories autographs, and here is the link:

this company was spotted also on the amazon and closed, some time later he re opened under the name

how do i know that?
on the following picture you can clearly see the sticker that was on my frame with a new logo glued over the old logo. You can clearly see that the previous name was Rocking memories autographs and even more there is a same address and street.

Guys name is TOM
This address appears on both stickers.
How can i report this company to the authorities??????

Since it's been a few years -- your credit card company or paypal won't be able to give you a refund (if that's how you paid). There are hundreds (1000's?) of companies and individuals selling fake autographs every day on eBay and other shady auction houses around the world. Other than reporting this guy to your local chapter of the FBI or police (who probably will not do anything) there isn't much you can do. Next time post autographs you are thinking of buying here first.

i found that sellers page on BBB page, better business Bureau
they have a page there with 2 complaints already. mine is third, i wrote everything there.. at least people will know

Hello friends today i received an answer from the fake maker and look what he answered me...
Dear SirFirst of all , we do not sell fake autographs, when you purchased the item you also accepted the COA that was posted with and accompanied it.Certificate of authenticity is simply an professional opinion , it is not a ITP ( in the presence) Certificate , it also clearly states that returns areonly accepted with in 30 days, I am sorry but it has been over 3 years and there will be no return accepted.Thank youWhat do advise that i do ??

The only thing you can do is see if you can file a report with the state Attorney General office or the FBI if it was over state lines that the item was shipped and payment was taken. Realistically, it's not likely you can do much due to the time involved sadly
