I reported this to Ebay -- let's see if they do anything.  Probably not.

They never do anything about fakes. It is basically bid at your own risk.

I have noticed that fake fully signed Beatles albums have a better chance of being removed by Ebay.  If only they took more garbage down and removed bad sellers....
