Looking for opinions on this one. I believe it to be real, and it comes at the end of a very personal 2 page letter on Frank Sinatra’s letterhead. Thanks in advance!

The red hand is very different in baseline, form etc. The last overlay would bother me - that sort of alignment especially as shown in one of your previous overlay is not quite normal.
