This was offered at a recent RR Auction and top bid before commission was about $1100. (Probably did not meet the reserve).

Why didn’t it meet the reserve? All I want to know is that it’s freddie..

It didn't meet reserve likely because it's considered low quality with it being cut the way it is. It is genuine but it's not valued very high in the condition its in. It's missing half the flyer and cut around the one signature.
