I doubt it, the signature is somewhat passable but he is easily forged and something like a blue sharpie perfect 3x5 shouldn't really exist. It looks brand new. It would at least show what 25 years of age... stay away.

It's a reprint of a genuine autograph. I've seen a million of this exact one in circulation. Although there are plenty of marker items on crisp white paper that absolutely are 100% genuine, this is not one of them.
