Thanks .. it’s on the back of a ready steady go ticket dated 4th October 63 I think ringo was out for a brief period hence why It wasn’t signed at the same time
Bonhams sold a Sgt. Pepper album a few years ago where the guy got John, Paul and George to sign it when it came out, but couldn't get Ringo, hard as he tried. Someone got Ringo to sign it in 1997 or so and it was the same thing: a 90s signature very similar to yours.
It sold in the $110,000 range as I recall. If it was all period-signed it could have sold for twice that.
