I'm bumping this thread since g24ary continues to roll in the cash selling fraudulent material.

Seriously, Ebay.  When do you start to perceive rampant criminal activity on your website as a problem?  This is such an easy call that there is no excuse for this seller to still be operating on your website.  And since you're nonchalantly pocketing your cut of this, I think it's fair to deem you an accomplice in this crime.

This is just another reason while i am sick of selling on ebay. I like ebay, but i swear that unless you are a power seller, then they make life tough for you, and will come after the little guy far more times than they do the bigger guys. I never used to think their was something to this, but since i have been selling more, i have noticed that ebay is definetly partial to certain parties.
