I am making no claim, but has anyone looked into the fact that the people who get mentioned here, such as Global Authentics, the owners of ANL and AA, the owner of Ace, the owner of GFA, etc ...........are in fact either EMR members at ebay, or are very closely associated with them.

At this point, it just seems inescapable that their is someone on the dark side of autographs who is influencing ebays decisions. This is very very very very foolish. B/c if this is indeed happening, and i hope im wrong, then both ebay and this individual or individuals, will be in for one heck of a group action lawsuit.

I have heard of no less than 6 people on this site who have been victimized by ebay over the last 6 months, removing blatantly authentic items, and giving no reason. No warnings given for anything, no explanation given. All i can say is that if i am right, and this person is outed, which they will be eventually, they better hope their bank account is big enough to handle the 6 plus figures it will cost them.

Carl, you are correct.  there is no doubt that this person(s) will be outed.  The circle is small.

Carl, after my Derek Jeter auction was removed by "someone," I immediately called Ebay.

The representative that I spoke to had no idea what happened and he was unable to explain anything to me, which I was already aware of.

But the point that I wanted to make to the rep, was that I wanted my phone call to Ebay recorded.  I wanted someone other than the rep to hear what I had to say.

I let them know in no uncertain terms that I was not going to tolerate what happened to me.

Steve has been avoiding Mariano Rivera questions for over 2 years now, Why Steve??? If you have the stones to come on here and show us that LeBron JSA Jersey that isn't good either then why not answer the questions about these Beautiful Mariano Rivera forgeries you've authenticated for over 2 years????? 

Just blame it on the staff, say something....

And check out this Jeter with sipes name on it. since its a 3,000 hit picture its semi new. But yet the same ol forger who went to ACE after leving GAI looks like he is back at GAI getting hundreds of forged Jeters "authenticated"

LOL these pathetic auctions survive despite multiple reportings and authentic pieces are yanked with no hesitation. AMAZING. I invited Mr. Sipe to chime in on these (again), he has yet to comment (again).

That's because he is probably the one pulling the good ones from advocates and filling the E-bay cess pool with more of their GA junk, Just like GAI, GA is the same old, same ol... Greasy ASS Authentics, IMHO.
