Here is a horrible Mantle forgery on a Gene Budig AL ball, certified by GAI.  The cert number is GV450012.

We all know that Mantle had limited time to sign these balls as Budig took over in August of 1994 and Mantle passed away in 1995.

This charmer also contains Berra, Ford and Larsen which are also forgeries.  The Kubek is too light to really form an opinion, but it looks suspect also.

The good news, if there is any, is that this piece of junk has a buy it now price of $1400.00. not exactly an attractive price for the bargain hunter.  I have a feeling this listing will not be around too long.  Here is the link:
