They’re pre-printed. Ignore the COA that comes with it.

Has someone copied the original, or was the promo photo issued with pre-printed signatures?

I always ignore COA's from Authenticateit - they say "genuine" to everything!

Original pic came with pre-printed autographs and was used for promo purposes.

In addition, and not to be confused with, the pre-printed pic that came with Miracle 12” single.
