This is not my area of expertise, but I have a few copies of this book signed obtained through the Reagan Library and another reputable private signing.

This compares favorably with my authentic examples and is probably ok in my opinion. 

That said, I presume GWB is widely forged, so it would not hurt to gather additional opinions as well.
