I recently (April 5th 2016) performed an Ebay search on GFA-certed Mickey Mantle auctions (Rocchi) under "Sold Auctions."
This is what I found.
There were over 490 GFA Stephen Rocchi (Guaranteed Forensic Authenticators) "authenticated" auctions that "Sold" of Mickey Mantle.
"GFA," of course, is Stephen Rocchi and his Guaranteed Forensic Authenticators group.
Every one of those that are GFA-certed items that sold are FORGERIES.
There are two types of people who buy and sell this crap (and it is crap):
Those who know ZERO about autographs; believe that Forensic BS and have no common sense. The other are scammers who know exactly what they are selling and are hiding behind a "Forensic" COA.
The worst part of all of this, is that Ebay encourages this type of listing and selling (forgeries) by doing absolutely nothing about it. Nothing.
1. If this crap was really authentic, the truth is, the end bid results on each item would be significantly higher.
2. If this crap was authentic, the truth is, the high-volume sellers on Ebay would be scooping this stuff up by the dozens and having them authenticated by PSA or JSA, and then flipped for a profit.
3. As a matter of fact, if that crap was authentic, I'd be scooping them up and flipping them myself.
3. But this garbage is so bad it's laughable.
4.. But you don't see that occurring, do you?
5. No you don't....because they are all forgeries. Obvious and laughable forgeries that, for the most part, are mechanically produced.
6. Mickey Mantle passed away August 13th, 1995, and yet all of these "pristine" items are being "examined and Forensically authenticated " by Stephen Rocchi and his Guaranteed Forensic Authenticators group.
7. You never see that-style Mantle "autograph" certed by PSA or JSA and you never will. They are laughable GFA-certed forgeries.
8. You have to laugh at the sellers of this garbage that sing the praises of Rocchi when they write "GFA is responsible for dramatic improvements throughout the autograph industry which will forever change the way real autographs are bought and sold."
9. That in itself, is a bad joke!!!
10. And when they write "His credentials are impeccable."
12. "His credentials are impeccable" while he is authenticating thousands of forgeries.
13. Another bad joke!!!!
14. I would love one of those sellers of GFA-certed forgeries to prove to me and us, that Rocchi had anything to do with authenticating autographs while at PSA.
Below are screen shots from that link that I posted above of "Sold Auctions Mantle GFA."
You can click your mouse on each image to get a closer view.
As you can plainly see, it's, for the most part, the same sellers that are listing and selling GFA-certed forgeries.
The biggest seller of GFA-certed forgeries on Ebay is seller Rbisportsinc.
As a matter of fact, Ebay seller Rbisportsinc, has been listing and selling what seems to be an infinite number of dozens of images with "Mantle's" autograph.
The other sellers of GFA-certed forgeries are:
Ebay seller Sportsstuff
Ebay seller Dbvint123
Ebay seller Spanishcrown360
Ebay seller Ranger191
Ebay seller Westerntraders2020
Ebay seller Honestabe232323
Ebay seller Coinfinder58
Ebay seller Bluechipvideoentertainment
Ebay seller Alihamed51
Ebay seller Silly_shelly
Ebay seller Tido6060
Ebay seller Danlaur123
And others........
The same images over and over and over again.
How come we never the same bulk images with Mantle's autograph certed by PSA or JSA.
Because they are FORGERIES!!!!
Also, John House, CEO of AtAuction continues to sell the same "Limited Edition" autographs (forgeries) for the last eight years.

well done Christopher. the key element is the pricing that these forgeries actually command. it is laughable. and you can definitely tell the scammers from the unknowing. by their BIN prices. if you are listing a dimaggio, mantle, martin signed photo for 199 bucks, you absolutely KNOW its fake. Otherwise, wouldn't you command top dollar for it? some day, someone will actually care, and have the tenacity to go after these crooks. Until then, Ebay continues to profit from this disgusting circle of fraud.
Terrier, that's the worst part of it all: Ebay.
They do nothing but profit from the sales of forgeries.
Look at those ridiculously low final bid prices. Laughable.
as I have said many times before, no one even seems to care.
At least we care, Terrier, and I'll keep posting forgeries "authenticated" by Stephen Rocchi and GFA.
