Do letters of authenticity from Grad Collections bring in the same value as letters of authenticity from PSA and JSA ?

I haven’t spent a great deal of time on his signature, but it looks like a solid example to me too.
Ive seen this and I think the more I look at it, the more concerned I get. Yes it checks a lot of the boxes but I have never seen an Elvis signature with this much writing. there is just something about it that is concering.
Well here is the story behind it. A grandson was selling his grandmother's Elvis collection after she passed. He advertised a 50's scrapbook his grandmother kept as full of 50's clippings , newspaper ads, a fan club card, etc. He never mentioned an autograph in it. I liked the items I saw and won the bid. When I got it I saw this inside and was really surprised along with another autograph posted below (which Roger also approved). I guess he never really looked thru it or didnt care. He said he was not a fan and just wanted to sell her stuff. . So very doubtful he forged this unless his grandma did. I am confident both are real.
Update - Just showed this Elvis cut to Roger yesterday and he gave it a thumbs up. Really liked it. I feel good about it.
Steve Grad just shot down an autograph I got in person as not likely genuine. I actually feel ok about this because he shot down 2 others that Roger gave a thumbs up to which I did not get in person but had a good feeling about being real. So nothing is full proof and with all the emails he must be getting maybe there is a team of authenticators and not just him looking at things. I also keep in mind he is basing his opinions on JPEG images and not in person, but I was def surprised when this came back as not genuine since I froze my ass off getting it in person lol
Do you feel like it’s a decent example, or is it a rushed atypical one signed in the freezing cold?
