I just picked this up in an estate sale. It is a "Share" document from 1917 from the Commission For Relief in Belgium. Hoover founded this group and was the chairman through WWI. The other signatures, from what I can gather, are W.L. Honnold, Alexander J. Hemphill, & Edward J. Williams. I think it is authentic, but I will leave it to the experts to confirm for me. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Value would also be great.
Thanks,
Kirby
