Some of you know me, and from what I understand, someone caught selling yet another bad Ford autograph has once again, decided to spout off at the mouth. Claims that I am a dealer and I only tell unsuspecting autograph buyers that their item is fake so that I can sell my own Harrison Fords. Again I am hearing claims that the likely supplier of the forgeries is the true expert on Harrison Ford autographs.

Side note the seller sent me a friend request message yesterday with the single question about if I knew a particular collector. In my world this says plenty, and likely tells me where the piece originated.

When I tell people that I track the sale of Harrison Ford autographs, I am not kidding around, I watch sales here, I watch sales on rebelscum and on ebay and other online auction sites.

Who signed them? Who is the forger? I am not going to play games and point fingers, nor will I even guess if the supplier is the forger, all I can do is put together where they came from.

I will give the people that have had these in their possession, that courtesy. They can come clean about where they got them as the "in-person" and "private signing" stories fall apart.

This is the same courtesy I tried to provide to Marc Moser, the last guy caught in a huge Ford Forgery mess. He decided to drag my name thru the mud for a few months as well, but by doing that he just shot himself in the foot. People will wake up sooner or later, and the truth does come out.

I present these images to you, again supplying the signatures and letting the people on this forum and others as judge, you decide the truth. You will also be the deciding factor if these autograph professionals keep their reputations or if they have earned brand new ones.

Every item below has been tracked to the most recent seller, and through his own admission the source of the autographs, I will also include items sold elsewhere by the supplier who admitted on these very pages to supplying some of these.

The pattern is pretty clear to me.

As for the recent claims about me being a dealer, out to only hurt other peoples supposedly reputable business.

Please keep in mind, that anyone that has purchased anything at all from me in the past 5 years has approached me. When they do I usually point them in other directions and offer to authenticate (for free) any item they ask about, from any other source.

I apologise Pete, i could not resist. But they said they come with certificates of awfanticity.... sure there isn't a chance?

Would appreciate your help on this Harrison Ford, said to been signed in september 2017.

And if real, what would be a fair price for this one given the signatures condition and the motive of the pic?

Thanks for helping!

I'm no expert but that photo with Ford doesn't even have the signed example in it and the autograph looks like it was done by a 3 year old.  But again I know nothing. Pete or Mike will know

Haha, to me most of Fords modern signatures looks like a 3 year old have written it. :-) And at least to me, most of the genuine modern ones looks worse than this one. This at least have something that resembles an H at the beginning...

What are they asking for it Jan?

Approx $325! A little more than Pete thinks it’s worth... :-)

Yeah that's Ford in a crowd for ya. What's it worth , maybe $50

Thanks Pete x2 (for both threads), much appreciated!

Ive been curious Pete, and I know you will read it here and didn't want to do it privately so that others might see. Did you change names on the Rebel Forum or are not on there now? I'm wondering how you feel about The Last Jedi? Its certainly getting mixed reviews with the Star Wars forums!

Ian, I am still on rebelscum, and still Bendu over there, but the main forum section I visit  has always been the autograph area.  Fewer people there every day thanks to Facebook and their autograph groups.

To keep things spoiler free, let's just say that I strongly disagree with the way a number of things were handled, yet as polarizing as some of those things were....I still liked it better than TFA.

I can see why Disney is distancing their new toy from oldschool Lucasfilm, and how they want their films and characters to stand alone as "more heroic" maybe?  But if you feel you have to treat the long time fans the way they are, and treat our heroes the way they are.... I hope that the original fans react the right way.

When I was a kid ....heck even when I was an adult.....if it had a SW logo on it, I bought it. I am a small part of what made Lucasfilm worth that $4.05 Billion that Disney shelled out. Yes,  Disney is making all kinds of money with these films right now, because guys my age are bringing their families to these films, and buying product.

Hey Disney, keep taking a dump in our Cheerios and see how much the millennials and kids that you are aiming for, will spend in the next 40 years.

Rant over.

Thanks for the response I was dying to know how you felt about the movie. There are definitely two camps for and against with a lot of fighting! I belong to 4 (I think) Star Wars autograph facebook groups (Andy Luk,Raccs etc)and they don't discuss the movie much but there are even more non auto groups and there is certainly a lot of opinions! My heart sunk once the Mouse took over as I knew there would be new movies forever!  I think they don't care about us older fans and are going for a whole new generation! Thanks again!
