I just picked this up at an estate sale.I'm pretty sure it's a Detroit Tigers player Anyone know? Thanks.

Cheap synthetic leather ball. The kind sold at stadiums for $5. I wouldn't be surprised if there is a Detroit logo on the other side. Likely an in-person signature where somebody bought the ball at the park. Or, as my son has done, a kid goes to a game with a cheap ball to play catch with his friend and ends up getting it signed.
