I picked this up from a local baseball card shop in Southern California. The manager had a lot of autographed balls but as they were loose, didn't know anymore who they were. I'm figuring they must have played either for the Angels or Dodgers, maybe the Padres at some point in time.

I can kind of guess that the first name is Juan, but not sure about the last. Any help is much appreciated.

This bears a slight resemblance to a Juan Gonzalez signed card I have. This ball is a lot more detailed, but my card could be a rushed example.

Thanks Mr Zipper!

I agree, I think this does indeed look like Juan Gonzalez. I did a quick look through ebay's listings, and Google images, he seems to have a couple of different styles; not unlike Mickey Mantle and Cal Ripken jr, who actually changed their styles during their careers.

Hey Zipper, great call!  here is one just like it!
