Any opinions on this? It is supposed to be from July/Aug 1963 and there is supposed to be some photographic evidence of the signing. Seems almost too good to be true - very clean record, same or similar pen/ink. I haven't seen the photo.

I think your link is making a case FOR the album, Terrier. Here's a link to the one on a pink album page, done in fountain pen:

Notice how slow "Harrison" looks, with heavy flow in some of the same spots, but lighter since it's uncoated paper so Harrison didn't have to dig in. Look how rigid Lennon is...and that wild Ringo! I don't recall seeing that variant before, does anyone here?

Can someone find fountain pen sigs on the back of a record cover?

Steve, I see stark differences between the signatures on your link, and the ones on the EP.  I'm sorry but I still don't like it.

That Ringo looks like it was signed by Lennon.  I doubt Ringo signed that.

You're right...Ringo didn't sign it. Just read the caption and it said Ringo was probably signed by Paul.

I see differences, too, but I think both pieces show they signed somewhat differently in fountain pen, and the album page isn't coated stock.

paul in my opinion did sign for ringo.

Did Frank Caiazzo ever provide you with samples to compare this album? I have reservations about this album as well.

As a side note, why did Frank stop authentication services for individuals several years ago? Was he too busy with auction houses, etc.?

why would frank have to supply me with examples, i have several hundred that i have on hand from 15 yrs. of studying beatles and only beatles auto;s. i dont need examples from anyone to offer my opinion on whether or not beatles auto;s are real. ask roger why he knows this album is real. i do not authenticate for a living, only me.

I agree with Xperttexpert.  I would love to own this item. 100% in my mind. Have a good Christmas

A few pages back I thought someone was saying they were going to show samples similar to the original post.
