It really shocking to see this esp when i own a Hendrix set, it can place doubts in your mind.

At the moment, we're looking to locate a cursive "To" from Mitch for comparison.

I had a look and i couldn't find a cursive ,To or from Mitch anywhere.

Are you planning just to rule it out further by looking at a cursive example?
