Hendrix signed album - I'm sceptical

This is being offered by International Autograph Auctions with an estimate of EUR 20,000 - 30,000. Supposed to have been bought at Bonhams in 2002 but I'm very sceptical. Any views?

That’s crazy. Someone must have a lot of confidence in Bonham’s opinion from 20 years ago.
