Estate sale in Akron Ohio about 15 years ago. The story that it was signed shortly before he died. I see a couple of details that I have questions about. The tail on top of the M. I need to put this item to rest. Thanks

100% fake.  When Ali got sick, his signature because of the shaking, got vey small and squiggly.  There is nothing about this that even remotely resembles his signature even when he was very ill.
