Thanks for the advice!
Just my personal opinion, but I hardly see any difference between a guitar body signed and a pick guard signed. To me, personally they both are equally "cool". :)
Hi, l am new to this site and stumbled across this question regarding Paul McCartney signed guitar. Not sure if this is the right venue but l need some advice. I have a Hofner Senator archtop acoustic guitar that is autographed by Paul McCartney. I was lucky enought to meet Paul in Perth in 1993 when he commenced his New World Tour. He signed on the back of the guitar in a black felt pen. I pesonally held the guitar whilst Paul signed and l have pictures as proof with photos of Paul standing next to me taken by Paul's own photographer The guitar itself is all original and in excellent condition and what makes this guitar unique and hopefully more valuable is the original sticker on the back of the headstock which states.Frank Hessey Liverpool which as we know supplied the Beatles with their instruments in the late 50's. Whilst l hate the thought of parting with this beautiful instrument, l was wondering where l could get some advice as to what it might be worth and how l would go about getting a fair and reasonable price if l decide to sell it. Thank you.
