If you don't hear back in a reasonable amount of time, let them know that you will be filing a complaint with the Attorney General's office here in Arizona. I gauarantee you they will move their rear ends. You might also want to read any fine print which states how long they say until they send the payment. I'm sure they will hold on until the very last second. There are also local phone numbers for them.

I have never consigned but  had a good experience purchasing from and dealing with them shipping to Canada a few years ago. I believe it takes longer for mail to arrive in Italy from North America than any to other country because of their import and shipping structure.

I was unaware Press Pass and Iconic are the same company. Is press pass mentioned as the owner in the Iconic catalogue? I have never noticed this if so.

I'm uncertain if Iconic and Press Pass are the same company. Is Kyle Bell a known name in the industry?

Run by the same people out of the same address. Yes, Kyle is known in the Phoenix area and it is not good. Believe me, I know from first hand experience having known him for over 20 years.

Mapquested Iconic's address and PressPass they are only 7 minutes apart. Coincidence? Hmmm.

I never filed anything against them or personally had any issues with them. I just found that information online.
Try calling the Atizona sec of state business division. They can probably provide guidance.
