Hello all,

I observed this piece selling for $150 on EBay that seems to have both Ronald and Nancy Reagan's signatures in the little presentation piece. The Reagan signature is dated for 1995. Is anyone familiar with Reagan's later signature? It seems really unusual that such a signature (if genuine) would sell for such a low price. Would appreciate your opinions!
