There are not enough known genuine Tupacs to be able to reliably authenticate them. You can tell what's clearly fake, but not what's highly likely real.

That is what I was thinking when you said the other say something like 98% may be forgeries. Where to begin. Contracts, checks perhaps...? An interesting topic.
