it is very difficult to see due to the qualithy of the pic, but if I were to make a decision based solely on this photo, I would say highly suspicious.

Without clear provenance, it’s impossible to know with such a simple autograph.

I disagree with that. We can discuss the meaning of "know" I suppose.

I'd settle for a clear picture but it doesn't look good from here.
