Is this an Authentic PSA Letter of Authenticity?


 Came across the PSA letter from 2004 and the font looks different on the top where it says "LETTER OF AUTHENTICITY" could it be fake? Any opinions would be appreciated.

Exactly, he is an untrustworthy person. I'm not going to message him anymore just deal straight with paypal. Hope I get my refund quick though and not in a month or more.

This is what he put when I purchased it:

"Money received. Thanks for your purchase, friend. 
The item will be shipped on monday or tuesday from Spain, 
where I live now.
 
Thanks and regards"

That's against eBay rules right there. And tracking and insurance is expensive and not easy. If he had sent it and you got it, if you returned it to him for a refund, no doubt he would claim he never received it.

Didn't think of that. And since its over 750$ I would have had to get signature confirmation or it would have been an automatic win for him. Glad I caught it before he shipped it out.

I also noticed the other day when you sent photos, and now looking at the listing too that it looks like the photo was printed with an inkjet printer, as it has lines running vertically on the photo.   http://i.ebayimg.com/images/g/TpQAAOSwmmxW2bf0/s-l1600.jpg

Does anyone else notice this?  I was going to say this the other day but figured it didn't show up good enough for me to say something.

The JFK you posted has the same lines running through it.

If you do a completed search on his items he has listed Celebrities like Bill Clinton, Elvis Presley, Harry Truman, George Bush, Buzz Aldrin, John Wayne, Grace Kelly, Muhammad Ali, Leonardo Dicaprio, David Bowie, Donald Trump, JFK, all with PSA certificates. He even has his account listed for Sale!
