Looks like a reasonably decent attempt at faking a 1980s "George" but the "Harrison" is less successful. I don't remember seeing examples of George dating his autographs either but perhaps he did in some rare cases.

What really sticks out to me is the incorrect formation of the first “G.” It looks like someone misinterpreted the formation of the “GE” portion.
