Hi All.

My mother acquired a vinyl please please me album in a Liverpool music shop in the 90s which sells old records. She noticed when she got home there was a signature on the back which looks like it may be signed by George Harrison. Can anybody please verify this? Thank you

I don't think so - see what others say.

Pathetic forgery!!!

"Pathetic" implies someone intentionally did the horrible writing for gain. Since it was found unidentified in a pile of used records, perhaps it was scrawled by the original young owner, something many of us did when the albums were originally released. Regardless, it's not George's signature.

Thank you Jim, that is probably the case. Thought it was too good to be true
