It seems too legible to me overall, not like what I've seen, but see what other more experienced eyes say. This is a very rare graph.
The signature does not look good to me and I'm not sure whether this still/scene would have been available while he was alive.
That is what I was thinking - the image might eliminate the thing.
The biggest giveaway is the 'H'- for some reason forgers love to draw it with such flourish and neat loop on the bottom right stem. This style is also way incorrect for the latter stages of his career, its vertically squashed and the sideways slant is wrong. Ledger was characteristically extremely messy normally and, as as Mike and Eric point out, the photo (much less this photo shopped version) was not available during his lifetime.

There is a guy on eBay by the name of memorabilia1999 and he has a ledger signed 6x4 on their for $240 It says it comes with coa under memorabilia1999 but I haven’t heard of him or the name before, thoughts?
