Is this Kobe Bryant autograph and jersey real?
I purchased this jersey from a seller on eBay from a seller called atg_memorabilia (Around the Grounds Memorabilia) the morning before the news came out about Kobe's death. I am concerned because I saw a post from another user that mentioned this seller had fake PAAS items listed for sale on eBay. Obviously I didn't see that before I made the purchase. I have also been struggling to find out what kind of jersey this is because there is no tag at the bottom right corner. Any help is appreciated, I'm a first time buyer of autographed collectibles.

From looking at the Kobe Bryant exemplars in the Sports section I don't think this looks right - see what others say. Missing tag doesn't help...

The signature is close to one of his neat, sit down and take your time ones but something just seems off with this. I don't like the sticker either, looks like one that would peel off a can in the supermarket. I'd email PSA/ DNA or call them once they reopen and ask them about it, just does not pass the so-called smell test

I did email them and send in some photos. They said that they would be unable to verify anything over emailed photos and that I'd need to send it and pay to upgrade to a LoA as well. Any ideas on what kind of jersey this is, or what I should do going forward? Should i get in contact with eBay?

The jersey appears to be a fan one you could purchase from most sports stores or the Lakers shop for $40-$50. If you have proof of the fake PAAS certs I would email the seller with your concerns on the PAAS and that you have concerns on this as well and see what they say. I have more problems with the sticker than anything else and the seller will either ignore, be aggressive or be helpful so hopefully they can help and then let us know.

These up close photos are very helpful. The signature is authentic IMO. but I still do not like the sticker. The 2nd of the new photos is the best photo of the sticker but the slant and placement looks sloppy for most I've seen. Saying all of that the signature is definitely real based on the new photos.

What would you suggest I do next to continue my search in verifying the jersey? Would any specific photos help? Anyone on this forum that would be able to specifically help with a Kobe jersey?

I would see if you can get a 2nd opinion by Beckett Quick Opinion. I believe the signature is real and possibly just really sloppy sticker placement. I realise PSA etc are all away but send an email with the close up photos asking if they typically place stickers this way. I have seen a couple of other items where the stickers are not perfectly placed but it is not that common which is why I still have a few doubts but mainly just due to the sticker, which could be just being over sensitive.
