Is this Michael Jackson Captain EO autograph authentic?

Hi everyone,

I recently acquired this signed Captain EO photo (approx. 20 × 25 cm).

The seller told me it was signed by Michael Jackson in June 1999 at the Hotel Bayerischer Hof in Munich, Germany.

There is no receipt or third-party authentication.

I’d really appreciate your thoughts on the authenticity of the signature, especially from anyone familiar with Michael’s signatures from around 1999.
