For some reason, the first photograph is not loading for me. In my opinion, I believe the second photograph is Not Authentic. The signature is too close together. The ‘M’ is really strangely shaped. The ‘J’ is replicating a style that Michael used in the 70’s and early 80’s. The ‘N’ is totally wrong. I have never seen a loop before the ‘N’ in ‘Jackson’. The characters in-between the ‘M’ and ‘J’ are not visible enough to be considered an 80’s signature. I’m not seeing any variation in pressure points from the usual ‘M’, ‘J’ or ‘N’.

The "M" leans to the right and the "N" has the wrong size.
Not authentic imo. I wouldn't buy it!
