Is this Rolling Stones guitar real?

Look more like it's signed "Buck Rogers", than Keith Richards, bolstered by that electric ice-peppermint blue ink on the scarlet field! I may be wrong, but I don't believe I remember ever seeing a Keith anything quite like that one with a PSA/DNA sticker/COA attached.
