Is this Stan Lee-signed action figure a legitimate signature? It features the holographic authentic sticker as well

Hi Community,

Here's the backstory: In my condo building, my neighbor posted to the group chat she was looking to sell this action figure Standor from the Masters of the Universe Classics collection. She is from Los Angeles, and had intended to join two of her friends for a comic con in LA in the mid-to-late 2010s. She claims her friends were close to, or acquainted with, Stan Lee and--if I didn't misunderstand my neighbor--bought or own the Red Sonja IP from Stan. In any case, my neighbor never made it to the event to join her friends and meet Stan, but she was gifted this action figure as a consolation I suppose. She's had it packed away since then and the box has suffered some wear and damage as a result.

So, I've taken some photos up close of the signature and sticker. What's the community's verdict on the authenticity of the signature? Does it pass muster? Or should I pass on the purchase?

Unfortunately, due to my ailing eyesight, unless the signature is on a white paper background I pretty much have to exclude myself from passing judgement on the validity of a signature - even with my Mr Magoo-like reading glasses.

But hey - it’s an expensive autograph but not a rare one - there are quite a few limited edition books to compare with if you do a simple google image search.

What I will say, however, is that the backstory, or provenance, is poor. It would not be a factor in my assessment and nor would I feel able to reference it further down the line.
