Saunders is reputable, and Michael's autograph looks good.
2000 pounds, expensive.
Wow, that's close to $3000 USD. I think it's likely good. If it was signed at a concert, it was probably a rushed signature. You have to keep in mind that, while Michael's autograph was consistent at times, there was also a lot of variation too. And that's true of a lot of signers, particularly rushed examples. It's also pretty faded. So authentic or not, it was likely signed several years ago. I'm pretty confident it's real, but it's not worth £2000.
Better images are needed. I'm not sold on "Michael" at this point.
I'll post a link later but the photos are ordinary.

Is the mj signature on his photo, I cant tell with the other boys signing Jackson.

I rotated "Michael" and increased the contrast so it's easier to see:

The listing said it was signed in 1979. Here's a 1979 group-signed photo to compare with:

Here's a 1977 Jackson 5 signed contract:

That photo is Wow. To me it's doesn't look quite as solid as the examples. It looks like the start of the m is missing. Anyhow let the jackson collectors figure this out.

Here's a 1977 signed envelope from Queen Elizabeth's Silver Jubilee, signed by MJ, Dolly Parton and others:
