James Cagney

I’m pretty sure the signature is from James Cagney, but I’m not so sure about the message. There are the initials “MC” in the right hand corner. Any idea whom this might be? Thanks!

Madge Zimmerman was his personal secretary and, although the initials do not match, may have written it or possibly someone else on staff. The signature is signed by Cagney.
