would anybody buy jerry lee book from a seller who has multiple copys as there is one seller who seems to have at least 6 or 7 avalible and looking back at his feedback this is the case with all his items ossie Osborne he must have sold at least 10 signed books of his!! now to me I would not normally buy from this kind of seller but with the jerry lee book  as said in another reply you could have walked into barns and noble and bought it but he has sets of pictures show ing the talk and he also has  the sig of rick bragg!! anybody have any thoughts? for me his feedback I worry about

I'd have to see the books and sigs to comment. Post the pictures and listing information and we can comment.

FYI - a friend of mine attended.  All the books were pre-signed that morning in red ink for purchase.  The only signatures at the event were for the author.  So you will see books with one or two signatures in them.  Just make sure JLL's is in red.

I think the books are genuine as sigs are in red so this guys got a lot of friends who help him or he works for barnes and noble !! for me its his feedback multipul sales of signed books you just cant get hold of that many books at signings well not in the uk you cant , same with his annie lennox stuff 4 or 5 cds and vinyls  I would buy the vinyl of him  but im not 100% sure about him

I did see a guy go up to Rick Bragg after the event with about 7 or 8 books.  It's a guy I've seen at a couple of other events...quite possibly an online seller.

If he was there early the day before the JLL event he likely would have been able to buy that many.  Had I been on the ball...I would have done so.

Why not post the listing...might be the same guy?

sounds like him most of his books are from the that barnes and noble store   eBay item number:

381038487803

The book looks completely legitimate.

Don't know if it's the same guy. I've seen the guy I'm talking about at events ranging from book signings to concerts to Broadway shows to the Boxing Hall of Fame inductions.

I go to these things mostly for the events...but he's pretty clearly there for the sigs.

By the way...the book was selling for about $30.50 with tax. So $149.99 is a nice little markup.

so is it a good deal for 100-150?

No.

That is up to you Max. I personally wouldn't pay that much for the book signed with that sub-par signature.

I paid 100 on ebay. I figured for the price of the book and the hassle of going to New York it was worth it for me. Sending anything to his home is too risky as far as Im concerned, though the last debacle is supposedly fixed.

There was nothing to fix.
