I don’t think so. It looks like it was labeled by someone else.

I changed the category to Jimi Hendrix.

HI Yes its been kicking around on e bay for a while with a Ted Owen coa He has sold some goods stuff in the past but also sells some questionable items this being one I don't think this is in the hand of Hendrix
