Well, it appears to be a vintage Norma Japanese guitar, whose plastic tuner heads and front jack plate suggest a very inexpensive model. The signature is rushed and has poor placement and poor contrast.
I decided to look at something I know more about. To my surprise, 90% or more of the Jackie Gleason autographs that have sold/archived are poor forgeries or secretarials! One of the perhaps three (total) that are authentic is for sale right now - a 1948 autograph album. Not a very good record!
