I was wondering if anyone has ever heard of the website http://hailtothechiefs.com/.  The founder of the company is named Dr Bruce Foley.  He states "The founder of HAIL TO THE CHIEFS has been a Presidential and Political Consultant for 50 years and ten Presidential Administrations. He has consulted with every Presidential Administration starting with the Kennedy presidency and continuing through the Obama Administration. The items brought up for auction are from his own extensive collection." I didn't know if anyone had ever heard of this man or if he was reliable.  Attached are a couple of JFK signatures he has for sale.  Also attached is the only article I can find regarding Dr Bruce Foley.
