It looks like it was done yesterday so I doubt it. No imo.
What's the go with the red pens and markers at the wfil? Everything is in red.

I think you're probably right, Paul. And you don't often see the "o" looped like that, at least as much as I recall.

It looks like a Erick forgery. The o plus all the n's in lennon.

I can't speak to the authenticity of the red one, but this is a mid 70's book page signed in the Hamptons ....there are some very similar traits.

The lennon sigs I seen from that day were a more the open style signature.

Seller swears they got it in person in '75 in Philly. Of course, they could be lying.

A good indication that the seller is full lying could be the price their selling it for. It doesn't sound like it's authenticated and if you owned a signed lennon lp than I personally would go out of my way to have it written up.

Could be -- but I've seen a lot of high value stuff sell on eBay without third party certs and they have proven to be real. Such as fully signed Beatles LPS, etc. Some people either don't know how or don't want to bother with PSA and the like.

I have seen a similar, if not exact same story told about another Lennon item. Seems you just grab an old album and a red pen and scribble an auto down. I don't like this one. The looped o and very "wavy" Le are enough to make me look for a different copy. The $1000 starting price is a giveaway as well.
