Hi Steve, How do I know if I have copy or not? obviously concerned now, the seller messaged me the following info?

tell your seller that we were commenting on the signature, and the signature is/was correct.  there is no way we can tell without seeing it in person, if it is a copy.  based on what we were just presented, it appears to be a copy.

Hi everyone,
I own the Lennon in the first image above which Paul has posted and has just purchased from me. I've never seen the autograph identical in the second image before which is scary...
I'm really baffled as I can see the genuine ink in the page I own in person? Also as well as the acid tape marks where the page has been stuck in an autograph book in which the scan brings up also..
I originally purchased this from a lady who stated that a family member obtained it at the blue boar service cafe in watford gap between the years 1963-1965..
But before I purchased this I originally posted this on a discussion which can be viewed here..

The positive feedback received helped me purchase as I'm a cautious collector and obviously a great fan of Lennon as most on here.
I also know that Roger epperson bought a John Lennon from the same source plus I had an offer from Tracks UK on this item so I'm lost?

Steve what makes you think the one I own is the copy and not the one in the second picture?
Paul Jones your money is safe either way.. I cannot do more as a collector than I have done and I hope can get to the bottom of this..

Rob, 

I'm sorry you and Paul are dealing with this. One of them is a copy. Can't tell for sure without seeing it in person, but look at the matted one. It looks more like 50 years old and the ink is more like you'd normally expect to see. But you probably can't tell 100% for sure which one is the original without seeing yours in person.
